The JL Audio XMD-WHTAIC4-12 bundles four RCA channels into a single 12 foot marine interconnect. A four-channel layout is handy for systems that send front and rear signal pairs to a multichannel amplifier, and the extra length helps when that amplifier is installed well away from the source unit, such as in a separate compartment elsewhere on the boat.

Over a longer run, noise rejection matters more, so every one of the four channels is built with a twisted-pair design. Signal travels through pure OFC copper, with polyethylene serving as the dielectric around each conductor. At the ends, JL Audio uses molded plug housings fitted with machined brass parts. Running one four-channel cable instead of two separate stereo leads also keeps the install simpler to route.
